2025 Yoga Immersion

Spring session is in person

March 20 - April 13, 2025

Facilitated by Jenn Pynch & Guest Instructors

40 Hour Yoga Intensive

Open to teachers and students from all movement modalities. Facilitated by Jenn and guest breath & movement specialists, you will learn to create a balanced yoga practice for yourself while keeping safety at the forefront. Discover a broad spectrum of techniques and applications for class and beyond. The main objective of this course is to introduce the student to a safe and sustainable yoga practice, that can be continued at home.

Upon completion of this course students will have a deeper understanding of several common yoga postures and learn about the 8 Limb Yogic Path. Participants who complete the program are eligible to receive a certificate of completion, previous yoga experience is not required to attend this session. Space is limited for this session. Zoom option for those who are out of state considered, please inquire.

Required Materials & Texts

• Light on Yoga by B. K. S. Iyengar

• Science of Yoga by Anne Swanson

  • Hard copy of class manual is included

• Additional reading assignments will be provided via email

• Yoga Mat (1)

• Yoga Blocks (2)

• Mexican Blankets or Thick Towels (1-2)

• Yoga strap/belt (d-ring, metal, 6-8')

  • Yoga bolster or firm pillow

  • An eye cover or small towel

Homework, Quizzes, Exam & Paper

Homework and quizzes are given at the end of each section. Optional take home final exam at the end of the training. Session paper on limb of choice due before final exam if going for certification.

SPRING FORMAT: Thursdays 6-9 | Fridays 6-9pm | Saturdays 12-4PM
