Yoga for Restoring the Body & Mind
A practice for deep relaxation integrating yin shapes, restorative postures and gentle transitions. Created to invite the body’s rest & digest response, this class guides the practitioner towards a parasympathetic state. Join us to chill-out, unwind, release stress and ease sore muscles after your workout or post travel. Open to all levels from beginner to advanced.

This all level yoga workshop is for relaxation and stress reduction, aimed at calming and cooling to both body & mind. Regulation of our thoughts, our energy & our body temperature is a skill and a science. Our minds are capable of great things, including neuroplasticity, your brain’s ability to create new neural pathways.

Organic Flow®
Alignment, Core & Vinyasa Flow
A vinyasa flow practice that honors the traditions of Ashtanga and lyengar yoga, infused with core strengthening exercises by Joseph Pilates. Students will navigate the subtleties of the energetic body through transitions, rhythm and breath. Special attention is placed on proper alignment and breathing, with a natural and safe progression of postures. Classical sun salutations, centering & mindful transitions to build a solid foundation or to take your practice to the next level!
THE WAY OF THE WAVE®
Sustainable Movement with Mr. Pynch
Pay attention to your breath and experience the wave, an integration of gentle yoga and soft martial arts. Our goal is to become more sensitive to the natural energy within our system and to put it to work more efficiently in our daily lives. Join us for tension releasing breath work followed by light asana and simple tai chi. Experience personal and profound benefits while balancing the yin and yang that is ever present in the human system. Relax and strengthen tendons and ligaments in this breath powered sustainable practice. This workshop begins with centering and pranayama, followed by simple yoga and tai chi and concludes with a silent observation of the mind-body connection. Open to all levels, no experience necessary, bring your own mat, sweatshirt recommended.
LIMB BY LIMB®
The Eight Limbs of Yoga with Jenn Pynch
Working with all the systems of the human body, we begin to explore circulation, digestion, respiration and intuition. This breath focused practice is for grounding, calming and balancing the subtle inner body. Infused with light yogic philosophy on the eight limbs of yoga, this practice is eight simple shapes that encourage rest and relaxation. Travel Limb by Limb® to slow down and observe the body and mind through classical shapes, safe transitions, simple movements and proper body mechanics. The Breath Buffet®
Breathing 101, Multiple Techniques, All Levels
Come as you are! Mats are not required for this 30 minute mini-workshop on mindful breathing & can be done sitting up or lying down. Designed for yoga & music festivals, at our Breath Buffet®, you’ll join our breath experts for centering, chilling-out and breathing. Explore various techniques that the ancient yogis codified as "breath control" or energy regulation. This breath control, or pranayama, is a subtle inner awareness which is constantly rising and falling. Retention, regulation & observation of the breath can slow the fluctuations of a busy mind, while balancing both hemispheres of the brain. Learn simple & accessible exercises that are used to warm up, cool down, unwind, or recharge! Release tension, ease your mind, and shift into a more relaxed awareness. The natural expression of your breath simply travels throughout your body as if it were on an adventure. Nourish every cell, organ and tissue of the body and reduce accumulated stress in the mind. All ages & abilities are encouraged to come explore, discover, investigate and let go.
