Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Core Work

A vinyasa flow practice that honors the traditions of Ashtanga and lyengar yoga, infused with the core strengthening exercises of Joseph Pilates. Students will navigate the subtleties of the energetic body through transitions, rhythm and breath. Special attention is placed on proper alignment and breathing, with a natural and safe progression of postures. Classical sun salutations, centering & mindful transitions to build a solid foundation or to take your practice to the next level. All abilities are encouraged to come explore, discover, investigate and let go.
