Jenn Pynch

Welcome Everyone!

I’ve been investigating the science and application of yoga since 2001 and have studied all eight limbs with many great teachers. I currently offer breath and movement classes throughout Idaho and consciously collaborate with those who share a vision of authenticity and sustainability.

My greatest joy has been sharing these practices with student athletes, beginners, the blind, and at several universities. It’s been an honor to facilitate for the PEX & Athletics Departments, teaching yoga for credit courses at the university level.

My intention is to share the skills & tools that have inspired and changed my own life- mind, body and spirit. I believe that each practitioner requires a personal approach that involves curiosity, investigation, determination and practical application. I love using props of all kinds (especially the wall), and I support students of all abilities on their journey towards health & wellness. I look forward to breathing and moving with you on the mat!

Gratefully~ Jenn
