This all-level yoga immersion explores circulation, digestion, respiration, and intuition through simple shapes that promote rest and relaxation. Infused with light yogic philosophy on the eight limbs of yoga, classical sun salutations, safe transitions and proper body mechanics. Join Jenn for our Spring 2025 Session, we meet for 40 hours, schedule is:
Thursdays & Fridays 6:00-9:00 PM
